Pediatric Focus
Dr. Michelle brings a modern approach to pediatric dentistry with a focus on establishing healthy dental habits early in life and preventing significant oral health issues. She previously served as the Director of Dental Clinic at DotHouse Health, a local community health center.
Missions
With a heart to serve others locally and around the world, Dr. Michelle had the life-changing honor of providing free dental care to underserved people in the rural villages of Honduras.
Home Life
She loves spending time with her husband and kids. They live in Lexington and their three kids attend Lexington local schools. She also enjoys swimming, baking, traveling to warm climates with beaches, and running. She’s completed 7 half-marathons and has the Boston marathon on her bucket list.
Meet Dr. Binna

Education & Training
Dr. Binna completed both her undergraduate and dental degrees at Boston University, where she developed a passion for serving children through local outreach programs.
She then specialized in pediatric dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, training at Tufts Medical Center Children’s Hospital and Franciscan Children’s Hospital. There, she gained extensive experience caring for medically complex children and managing advanced dental cases.
Pediatric Focus
Dr. Binna is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She loves working with children and helping families feel comfortable and confident in their dental care. Her goal is to create positive dental experiences from an early age and help every child build a foundation for a lifetime of healthy smiles.
Home Life
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Binna enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, and staying involved in her community. She brings that same warmth and care to every family she meets in the practice.
